Having been raised as a sheltered child by immigrant parents, I was ingrained with a strong concern for others' opinions and prioritizing their happiness over my own. As I matured, my confidence dwindled, overshadowed by the constant pressure to please everyone around me. This pressure clouded my judgment and stifled my ability to express my own thoughts and feelings. Feeling suffocated, I sought peace and comforted through art, especially anime.
Through my art, I aspire to inspire others to embark on a similar journey of self-discovery and confidence-building.
